Big Brother, Blueshirt Style: Smoking Ban on Beaches

I am with Viper on this one. I'm sick of going to marks [both freshwater and sea] to find the place covered in cigarette butts. If anybody wants to poison themselves, fair enough,but don't leave your excrement for others to clean up!

You're talking about litering, stox. There're already laws against that. Clearly not being enforced at the marks you fish, do you suppose the proposed new laws will be any different?
