@ yngkmd I dont normally count fouled hook fish in my list, as I had a lance last year which was just snagged in the mid body single hook, But if it was around the mouth area, it proves the fish was going for your bait. was reading a cool article recently about mini species hunts, fish i never even thought about going for, using the smallest of hooks and lures!! One lure was about the size of your finger nail, and all fished from the drop of a pier. Seriously considering finding a packet of those lures and giving it a bash with my light rod...
But on the whole for your question.. I would say add it! :)

  what have you started brian
only fishing for fun, man. not comps or specimen claims with all their rules and regulations.
i'd count it seeing as it's only for the craic mate. :P

We caught a sand eel among the seaweed between the wires on a gripper weight, kids were well amused!

I dunno lads, if i cast out and when i reel in there is a fish on the end of it (not too often i have to add  ), then i dont really care were it is hooked, then i am counting it, and by the time i get home and tell everyone, it will also be twice as big :D .
