Couriers can be a disaster alright. I ordered a Conoflex Maverick from Spotty Dog before Christmas, but they sent me the wrong rod––a barebones bass. FedEx were supposed to pick up the wrong rod when they delivered the replacement, but apparently 'computer says no'--their system didn't allow it. So, for the last three months I've had a brand new Conoflex Barebones Bass rod sitting in my shed waiting to be picked up as a separate delivery. Wouldn't be so bad, except every time I see it there's a little voice going 'USE ME. USE ME, USE ME' in my head ...

Red, I know how you feel, had a similar disaster at Christmas when a laptop for my son disappeared en route. The UK seller also used Citylink and after much roaring at them they gave me Citylink's Dublin number where a very helpful staff member helped me track the package.
I think Citylink use more than one courier, so if you have no joy with Target, get that number from Veals. Cant find it here, if I do I'll PM it to you.

It is sad to say but I, like many others, look to the UK to purchase tackle. I usually send to Veals twice a year and get every thing I need for the next six months with the exeption of frozen bait and lead. First trip I had a courier problem, I live down a bit of a track which can be awkward to find. I now have stuff delivered to a garage on the main road where I know the owner. Post offices will sometimes take the delivery for you.
I have always had first class service from Veals but from what I remember delivery always seems to be £20.
