well done molloy
learned his trade in abbeyside/west waterford area .abbeyside shore angling club i think where he plyed his early trade.alan mull.mully then in third place,again an abbeyside man.robert power ex-international cyclist obviously must have had a poor draw cos he's equally as competent as the 2 boys .he finished in mid division and again an abbeyside man.up the village.all them hours competitions with abbeyside shore angling club[which is no more].the mansfields of youghal are still on the scene i see .good anglers.what ever happened the other good juvenile anglers way back then.damien wall,mark crowe,paul veale,pat maher.what about the lad used to win the master angler very often.john cronin?

And our mentor and the legend that is John Cronin walked the beach every session giving us motivation and advice( and quite a bit of slagging) .

well done jp 2 zone wins & a zone second a great result ,looks like all the hours of trace making bait diging and crab colecting payed off .its something myself & mully will have to try in the fish offs.

Ha ha. Best of luck with that. We can all go to South Africa together then.

I must say well done to the Cloyne club for the way they ran the comp over the weekend.
