star lights are good i got them last year,
50 for 3.99 you would not get 5 for that in a tackle shop
they also through in a couple of bells for that so you can drive other lads nuts

man it was mental in there today. most of the stuff flying out the door by 9:30 am...

got 5 boxes. none of that gardai crime scene tape wrapped around the top of my rods, thank you!

got the starlights too,two boxes that should cover next year then also picked up the rubber lure set,the lead heads alone were worth the price!!

I got the beach road (13ft) 2 years ago. The rod and reel are still as new as the day i got them.
I got the boat rod. It was a bit of a pole but i knew that when i picked it up but i hadnt the money to buy a rod at the time so i got the season out of it. The reel is still perfect after 2 seasons of animal fishing. And i'll be using it this year again.
As said they are great for people starting out and you will easliy get two seasons out of the gear as lidls will change it if there is a problem with it.

If anyone got the boat rod this time round i'd be interested to know what class would you rate it as?
