Mon Mar 12, 2012 3:51 pm
Shower of c###s. i live in kilmuckridge and have left the van all nite down in the car park not a bother well used to. I think I'll just park up and hide in the back and wait for them. Then jump out give both barrels haha

one of my mates used to drive us down to the poolbeg in his van 4 of us .we seen the lights flashing on the van and ran down but by the time we got there his toolbox had been lifted. he accused one of the lads of not locking the door.3 weeks later its very late he drives there with his girlfriend and there exchanging fluids in the back of the van next he hears a key going into the door and the side door is opened. lump hammer in hand he jumped on top of him the thief jumped straight into the liffey and started to get swept away.his acomplices who appeared nearby [his wife and 2 young kids]all started screaming in romanianthey threw him a ring every time he was near the bank my mate swung fot him garda arrived [mates girlfriend called them]and arrested the guy from the river.lost a days work going to court to see the thief get the probation act for interfering with a cars mechanizm. my mate would have got life if he had of got hold of him

gez when was that? I was down pooolbeg most of last year during daylight and evening times.. pity he didnt let him have the life ring and cut the damn rope, and asked him to hold hook in the water, see if there was any Tope in the water
This whole thing of breakin into cars is getting to be a joke, hell how are we, 1st supposed to fish comfortable, 2nd attract angling tourism.
was out in Howth on Sunday and had a chap and his offspring throw rocks over my rods

was on the phone to another mate had to stop the conversation to tell a man in his 40's to stop throwing rocks, more on that in a report later

i feel very sorry for there loss.

but who in there right mind goes on a walk and leaves that amount of cash and valubles in a carpark unattended. i wouldent keep that sort of cash in my house.let alone my car .a costly mistake they wont make again. the economy the way it is, hits us all including the scumbags.they cant shoplift [not enough people for cover in the shops] not enough pickings from the usual channels.so they go back to basics petty theft and burglery. and in rural areas mostly.car break ins was huge the last recession., then all they got was tools, stereos, and the odd set of golf clubs, now days theres sat nav, laptops iphones they dont even bother with the stereos.if you leave valubles in your car and its in the middle of nowhere. chances are good it will be gone when you get back.doesent matter what part of this country you park it happens everywhere.the day has long gone in the country and city where you could leave a halldoor key in the door and go to the shops. the same for leaving any thing of value in a carpark.

Doesn't matter if u have everything out of site they will still break in for a look in the boot and glove box

it's little wonder all these wee scumbags are breaking into motors. when you consider the punishment (if you could even call it that) they get handed down to them from the courts when caught, it's a joke
i'm afraid to say that if i caught one of them breaking into my motor, i'd still be calling 999. but it would'nt be the cops i'd be asking for. it would be an ambulance to take them away.

its the first thing we all think al id love to have caught one. but if its one thing iv learned from these troubled times. all these scumbags are carrying weapons. mostly knives, but as some have found to there peril you beat them up they come back with a gun.any action nowdays brings a reaction.most of our crime in this country is drug related.its either a user looking for an handy fix or a way to pay his pusher.when you beat up the user he then goes crying to his supplyer about how he cant pay him and gives you as the reason. you then have 2 to deal with. i once caught a junkie in my van him a good going over .came out 2 days later to 4 blokes smashing up my van with hammers .had to deal with a local criminal boss t o get it resolved.

I know I'm getting deep here lads but after some of the questions posed on this thread about what the world is coming to I felt compelled to post.
I'm really looking at the big pictute here but I believe one of the main reasons for a lot of the world's problems today is gross over population!
There are simply too many people on this beautiful but delicate planet of ours.
As an intelligent species we really need a solution to the soaring, unmanageable & unsustainable birth rates across our globe.
I know China's actions are a little extreme but they have the right idea.
I just hope & dream of a decent future for my daughter.
