Ahh, "I see" said the blind man to his deaf donkey. Now all is clear. I'll most likely blank anyway, but it would be nice to see some of the other guys catch some fish!

Guys,
Not much response to this and the other post regarding the competition. I know that it's the bank holiday weekend and some of the members might have plans, or sort of have plans and that's cool. The problem is given that we are only a new club and this is a closed competition to our members only, I want to get a rough idea of numbers for the day as I don't want people thinking that the club is a pile of shite. Personally I would like about ten people to attend our first competition. Given our membership is roughly 25 this would be less than half. I will be there along with JD and I think IDPearl will be there as well. If possible can you let me know here or by e-mail if you are going, not going or undecided. If we can't drum up the numbers we will have to look at moving the date. I would really like to kick off our first competition as soon as we can. Please remember that this club is all about a having a bit of fun while fishing. This of the comp as a way to meet people from the forum and have a bit of laugh while doing a bit of fishing and maybe having a pint or two.
Thanks,
Kevin

I cant make the first as I'll still be in this Hick Hole (Nebraska) , but I'll try my best to make the second. I dont shore fish, but might as well give it a go. Any other nordies who fancy a lift , let me know, might as well keep the cost down too.
