ROD BUILDERS NI

one of my old rods could do with a rebuild i could do it myself but it would be as ruff as a badgers arse is there any rod builders in northern ireland that would save me haven to send it across the water :?:

you could try your local tackle shop, the owner may know someone who could do it for you, thats how I got a fly rod redone

True in what ur saying but saying that the fella that works in my local tackle shop does not know what shrink tube and grippers are thats why i usually send away for stuff :shock: :roll: :idea:

give it ago yourself, practice make perfect, that way you save money in future. either that or return it to the company

I might as well its not rocket science and i suppose ill save a few quid i will just use black thread so that its not that noticable :shock:

hi theres a guy in glengormley fixes and build rods gave me a pm and gave him his number :)
