Would you not be happier using frozen blacks lads rather than this pickled stuff? Just a thought..... I havent seen it in any of the Cork tackle shops yet BTW.

Just a Quick question can you make your own lazy lug ? With live lug that you might have left over after fishing. :?

I think somebody posted the solutions and measurments that you would use to perserve them, cant remember who though :? Should come up on a search...but can you use the lazylug solution again by putting fresh lug in it when you have used all the Lazylug or does it go out of date?

There are posts and links around about doing it, Ide suggest salting lug, it dries them out without bursting them and there very easy to put on a hook like a strip of leather and as soon as it hits the water its re-hidrates and is a juicy lug bait again, and its very easy to do.

I contacted veals about getting some posted here, thay said it would be £6.30 postage, so plus your £4.99 and thats £11.29  .Certainly won't be buying 'em from there!

I agree with KK I tried that method and caught flounders that way and a 7lbs Bass from rehydrated lug which was salted and frozen then used again.
