y would u put shrink wrap on a rod??

whats the purpose of it??

to give grip when da rod gets wet and to protect the lower part of the rod blank.......

Some people have big hands and find slim blanks difficult to grip. S tube helps.

It'll also give your Coasters something a bit more flexible to grip.
