Rough ground rod??

Rite was fishing last nite and hooked a conger...my current beachcaster naerly broke in half,
Cud sum1 recommend a good rough grond rod!?

For under £100 stirling the Ron Thompson Accelerator is very hard to beat and for under £200 then have a look at the Greys Apollo M2 ( it comes as either a 13 or 14ft version) Not sure if it is still running but Greys had a promotion that if you bought an Apollo for example, you would get £80 or £90 worth of fishing luggage free.

If you are looking beyond that, then Conoflex, Zziplex, Daiwa and Century all produce excellent rough ground rods.

The RT Accelerator is a Good Job for Rough Ground on a Budget... Throws well from what I remember too.... 8)

For £181.50 You could get a Century G5, I've got one... its a Beast. 8)

if ur targetiing conger id go 4 a boat rod...a 50lb class would do... iwhen rock fishin i use an abu enticer rod... excellent 4 snags and rough ground....
