Dear Peoples,

im going to fish this beach during the winter suposedly a few decades back it fished well for cod and whiting, in the past ive seen ray smoothies and plenty of dogs getting caught from it and it is also the place where one of me mates caught a 10 lb bass but im just wondering to my self can it fish well in the winter.

if any of you out there know how it fishes in the winter and at what time of the year to hit it please let me know.

regards,

Sorry hanging around neilus has made me into a trouble maker.

Samo,

I've fished the beach north of the pennycomequick bridge in Febuary with raging hangover in blazing daylight and managed to catch dabs on sand eel. There was plenty of reports from last winter that would be worth looking up. From what I remember plenty of whiting after dark.
