some of the smaller sizes do work from the shore up here but generally they are best used from the boat, either for inshore spinning or offshore wrecking used on a flying collar rig for pollack and coalies, but they do pick up some ling and cod as well

I've caught bass on these but still prefer plugs ...

I'm hopefully going to start and make them soon and i was thinking of selling them on e-bay maybe do them £1.50p each or 5 for a fiver but i have to get the stuff first and see what interest there is in them first do my home work :)

I have found them to be excellent when deep spinning for Pollack. Easier than using sandeels sometimes as they dont twist the line. Merv, no offense mate but £1.50 each or even 5 for a fiver is steep. You can buy the Storm leaded shads for around €6.00 for pack of 5 from local tackle shops down here. Shads are available at very low prices on Ebay also.

a well to late now i have ordered 30 of them i can always use them my self that's the good thing i always buy things that i can use so if i don't sell them its not money wasted the ones I'm getting can be used for night fishing as well they glow in the dark and they range from 25g-100g when i get them made up and if get the OK from the site boss the best i could find was the storm 6 for £5.99 i will see i MIGHT do 6 for a fiver but that would be it like there wouldn't be much point in selling them to make a loss
