Hi, I've decided to target conger before the winter sets in and plan to fish Dun Laoghaire since it looks most likely to produce. I want to fish inside the harbour since getting fish over the rocky shelf on the outside is a nightmare, but don't know where to start. Anyone have any tips on where to try inside the harbour? Is there a way to help avoid seals as I can see them being a pain while trying to fish with half a mackerel. Any tips or help is appreciate. P.S I don't care if the congers are only straps I'm just looking to catch a few no matter the size.
