Fishing September/October

Postby Dave F » Thu Jun 27, 2019 2:23 pm

I'm out of the country for a while and will be back for a few weeks in September and October. Is Dublin bay still likely to produce any smoothies at that stage or do I need to look elsewhere? Similarly, is it worth trying along Killiney and Shankill for a bass or is it a waste of time? What should I really be focusing my little bit of fishing time on at that stage? Too early for the cod really!

I'll certainly be trying to get down there for a trip or two, especially if there's good sport to be had, but I wouldn't mind keeping it a bit more local too, means I can make an argument for a few more sessions!

No doubt they will surely be still around Wicklow/Dublin

Is High Rock at Malahide still worth a try?
