I got one on eBay a few years ago, if it wasn't this one, it was a very similar one:

Fanstastic headlamp for great value. Make sure and get spare 18650 batteries and a charger so that you won't be stuck for light when the batteries go on a moonless night (as happened me recently)

Check out Lidl this week??? Surprisingly, they've got some ( crevit or something ) fairly decent headlamps for €9 euro, 200 lumens, 3 X light dimming settings, takes 3X AAA batteries, has a rear red light which runs on 2 X button batteries, all included, possibly intended for cyclists, but, it is decent for the price, even to use just in an emergency, they also stock headlamps for the same price, by VARTA but they're only 50 lumens and fairly flimsy...
