myself and a mate are thinking of going over in the next few weeks to see whats it like to fish. haven't heard of too many stories about what its like.
we normally go rock and depending where, beach fish. anyone ever been over? any info would be great.

It's fishing very poor according to reports at the moment but should improve once the sandeels show in numbers, and this weather should bring in the mackerel.

Try along the beaches or rocks onto sand along the road from malranny along the mouth of clew bay for Ray, we got a few there a few years back. . .

you need a good cast there out towards corrane - otherwise youll just be losing gear when targeting ray

dont want to travel the whole way over if reports arent good. might have to look at else where.
