Just wondering what can you use to clip down bait if you are not using breakaway impact leads

thanks lads .... going fishing at the weekend and the shop i am buying the grip leads dont have the breakaway ones

Your existing clip down rigs may not fit a new set up.
An extra snap swivel might be needed to be put onto the rig.

If you cast otg the gemini solos are very good. Bigger hooks like a 4/0 dont work too well in them tho and some heavier 2/0s will be a bit big too. For over head thumps or pendulum the imps are just as good and a little cheaper but for otg the solo wins out for me. Ive never had one not open after the cast and im using them about 12 months.
