Sole Fishing…time of year?

Hi,

I have been doing a bit of research into sole fishing in Ireland through the previous threads posted on the forum.

I am familiar with what rigs I need to use and I have a few places in mind in Kerry that might be worth a go.

The only thing I can't seem to find is what time of year it would be best to target sole.

Any advice?
