Possible to get top half of a shimano vengance 240ax mh?

My brother snapped the tip off his shimano vengence 240 ax mh.
Iw it possible to buy just a top half and if so whwre would i source it?

The vengeance is a cheap rod. Something says you may be better off just buying another!
