Any where i could go with a chance of a bass. Would love to get one spinning. ( never got one that way). Any hints or tips also welcome. Pms welcome too. Thanks .

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of bringing the lrf gear is there any where to use it. Or would the beach be ok for flats with the power isome lures?.

LRF will be difficult as its a surf beach, often with quite strong runners. You could try the rocks to the right of the beach (as you face the sea) beside the hotel. If its calm there will be a tonne of mini-species available there. I'd head to Quilty and try the pier also and particularly the stretch of rocks to the left of the pier. Enjoy it - great part of the world.

fished there on holidays a few years ago. caught a bass after an hour on a sand eel across from golf club entrance. fished the beach for another few days without another bite despite good surf conditions. Switched to spinning for Pollock on rocks north of Spanish point. Good fun. caught lots of little ones.
