Shannon Estuary: info wanted

Hi All,
After nearly seven years of not throwing a line or casting a bait I have finally dusted off the rods and reels and am hoping to be back fishing soon.

So what I am wondering is how is the Shannon Estuary fishing? Unfortunately I don't live a stones throw from it anymore so I am out of touch with tides, local conditions etc. Any info or news would be appreciated.

Also looking for info on Mullet on the estuary. Going to try and target a few on the fly.
