unable to view sea angling reports

ive made 5 post on the website but still can not access sea angling reports.
nige is the moderator but i don't know how to get in contact with him.
If anyone can help i will be very grateful.

I can't seem to upload pics onto the sea angling forum site??? Why is that I have tried numerous times... Do the files have to be zipped or something?

Not sure why Dan! Most common is the pictures being too big..
