Front beach yougal co cork

Hello guys,
Im going down to fish this beach on the 22nd of october to fish a competition,i just wondering has anyone got any info on what bait to bring and rigs to use,i never fished this beach when i was in the navy,fished every where else except there so any help would be grateful.

Casting from medium distance should produce

fished other night weed was cat hopefully better conditions for u few ray gettn caught on it in a comp last week
