Can anyone tell me where would be good to dig for lug and ragworm locally ? I live in county Armagh.

jah'sus you could be tempting fate there...most people dont like to give away that sort of info.although there are marked on shore fishing maps for all around the country.
the best thing you could do is grab the dog,head for a beach at low water,thats fairly sandy towards the water edge and just look for the casts they leave after themselves when digging...google image it if your unsure of what it looks like..then just dig.backfill the holes you leave too,they can be dangerous to ankles of other beach users unless the tide is on its way back in,which will do the backfilling for you..try not to over-dig the area either,oh ya and the colder the weather the deeper they are
