Waterford congers?

Well lads any tips on where and when to get a conger in waterford,thanks!!!!

On the pier in the harbour in tramore. Blanked there last night, appears lots of fish scraps have been tossed into the water there the last number of weeks and the conger have become harder to catch as a result. Fish on the sea ward side of the pier at the end.
