huss & ray

i heard if its true or not i dont know that you can catch bull huss & rays at low water if you walk out as far and cast as far as you can on tramore strand any one have any help on this

I think i know what your on about there is a sand-bar at the end of the beach when the tide is out you can see it and it's said that if you walk out on it and cast out into deep water you will get Ray i never heard about huss but it's not safe by no means do your home work guys in small boats are losing thier lives in that same beach and the sand i hear is very soft not safe
