Hi lads,
My first post on this site ( be gentle ! ) Fancied trying a bit of uptide fishing. Have just bought 9ft 6 Greys rod. Now the question...... which reel ? All opinions greatly appreciated. Cheers.

First welcome on board.
Depends on what you species you are after but a Penn 535 loaded with 30lb braid will cover almost all species.

Cheers, I'll have a look at one of them. Is it preferable to have smaller , neater type multiplier when uptiding? As opposed to normal size boat multiplier?
