Killiney down by the tea rooms fishes best over low water. better from aug - nov but worth a go and as good as any Dublin mark.
snaggy so be prepared to lose some gear.

Theres a saying when the wind blows from east the fish bite least (but will throw up a surf on the east coast which is good for some species) and when it blows from the west fish bite best.
South or south westerly is best in my experience.
Northerly winds tends to kill off the fishing. Doesn't mean you wont catch just not as good.
