Any one know if there is any place thorn back ray are going around the SE of Ireland?

If you mean south east then Any of the south Wicklow Wexford beaches August is the best month. bait squid sand eel and a up and over rig you will need a good cast to get to we're they are feeding 120+ real yards not fishermans yards Then pray the dogfish are not on the feed.
Or if you mean the sea then go west
