hi guys, was wondering if anyone has caught anything off the rocks or on the small beaches on the north side of ballybunion? I would presume there would be pollack and wrasse there and maybey mackerel there in the summer. I am saving up for a HRF outfit so i wanted to know somewhere i could catch wrasse on lures. If anyone knows anything aboutthe fishing round here please reply Thanks Samuel

the beaches are supposed to be good for white trout and bass I assume there are flatties there too. off the rocks I assume that there would be wrasse they are there up the coast in meenaguhane (sp?) the main question is safety you don't want to be low down on the cliffs there large ships come up the estuary causing large waves.
