Pollock Marks - Dingle

Wed Aug 15, 2012 1:51 pm

Going down next month for a week and want to give a few new marks a go.

I’m particularly interested in any marks on Slea & Clogher Head as previously I’ve focused on Ventry cliffs, Famine cottages & Dun an Oir.

PM if you fancy and I’ll give you a rundown of how your marks fished

Cheers,
Alby

Hi alby, there are stretches of pollock ground on every stretch of the peninsula Cuban pier it's self is good at high tide if you can cast out to where the moorings are, cuan pier back past the bothair pub in feothanach is good if you go over the hill and down the rocks. A few places out along the rocks from Ballydavid pier as well. Also if you park at beenban beach just outside town and go out the left along the cliffs there are some excellent marks there with massive average size! ;)

Good luck!
