apart from the the huss and ray the blue pool in portrush would have produced all of those at one time of another

its hard to fish anywhere else because its only 10 mins from me :D bar the conger on a wire trace and the pollack and mackerel and scad on feathers most of the rest were caught on a 2 or 3 hook flapper rig with a few different hook sizes, most of the fish were caught on mackerel, sand eel or squid

next time you are at that mark try for some of the mini species and i bet you wont be long adding a few more species

Ye Gods, I was thinking around 20 would be the winning score!

To make this a bit more challenging, how about the most species taken from a mark in a single session?

Flounder
Plaice
Dab
Coalfish
Pollack
Mackerel
Ballan Wrasse
Corkwing Wrasse
Dogfish
Shore Rockling
Conger
Mullet

so a dirty dozen...

Other species landed on this mark include

Thornback Ray
Tope
Triggerfish
Turbot
Red Gurnard
Spotted Ray
and some small stuff like scorpionfish...

FWIW

that's a nice mix from one session,i think 9 species is the most i caught in one session,if the weather picks up hopefully i can improve on that
