a simple question

A very simple question but I have a feeling not so simple an answer.
What is the best jacket and bib&brace for keeping you dry and not making you sweat like you are inside a bin liner?

Good man Paul, I have a set of scierra, aquatex pro, b+b with a short matching wading jacket,
The braces are reinforced at the rear seat, elbows and knees, with Velcro on the wrist and ankles, expensive to buy if I remember correctly, but a first class outfit in terms of heat and comfort, and definitely not the black bag effect,
Not at all bulky either, with the buoyancy aid over top.........

I use the greys gear, good value and has not let me down.
Cheap and cheerful.

Hi Paul,
if its something for rockhopping in summer then you will definately need a breatheable set up ie the greys set up or even a goretex golf wet gear set up ,nice and light and dry.If its for boating or extreme weather then the sundridge entec floation suit would be recommended especially for safety reasons. This is similar to what i use for fishing during the winter and summer months, although with the weather these days its like winter all year round.
Tight lines

I should have said that what I am looking for is related to shore (rock) fishing, both static and hopping. Boat boys might also be interested in the answers though.

Paul, try to get your hands on some Orvis Enduras, the lightest breathable wading gear available IMHO (some reviews here: http://reviews.orvis.com/7532/96GG/reviews.htm), you might have to import them from overseas but you'd never look back, 25 years guarantee on them, or - some superlight swiss made waders from snowbee, they have a new catalogue out with pictures, descriptions and reviews: http://www.snowbee.co.uk/fly-fishing/wading/
Not sure about prices here tbh, might be worth your while to shop around abit anyway if you are not under pressure.
