hi guys coming over to achill 1st week in oct for a week 
, came over last year had some good fishing,hows the area fishing 
and will we still be able to catch mackerel for bait at that time of year ,wheres the best place to catch the mackerel thanx in advance

Hi theres dam all macks around this year with all the netting in the north sea earlier but some are making their way in only now .
but with saying that the fishing is up on last year for most everything else . ya might be as well to stock up on some fish shop stuff on your way to achill just to be safe
