Mornington not weedy but no fish.....the Boyne weedy and strong current..6 oz weight wouldnt hold bottom and then tied up with weed on top of it :roll: all for no fish... BUT plenty of casting practice ;)

First sign of sea weed in Howth yesterday.
Although no fish either (a seal paid a visit)

poolbeg from start up to half moon unfishable with heavy weed and the sludgey stuff
went to white rock some weed but fishable but no fish 28/6/12

Whiterock still some weed mostly in close but seems to get worse on the drop
