Ferry Point unfishable yesterday, the line was covered in small weed I had to stop 2-3 times to clean the line.

What state of tide where you fishing Donal? Fished the other side up to Saturday right through tide no weed at all,mind you only doggies.

Fished from about 9:30 to 11:00 the weed looked like it was put through a blender. A strong westerly did not help.
