]Has anyone come across the same problem I have, some casts when clearing small birdies some line gets between the body and spool, ive loaded the reel with 14lb suffix tritanium mono .30 diameter,is it to do with the line size or have I bought a gammy reel,if anyone knows how to solve it wud be great!
Come back my old origional 7ht all is forgivin!

All I can say is maybe its the line diameter coupled with maybe a little too much spool float. Suffix, what are you doing?! The 15lb 0.35mm Tritanium is still the best line I've ever used for fishing and I'm down to my last half a spool. Try emptying the reel and adjusting the side knob until there is a barely perceptible lateral movement from your spool. Thats where it should be, any looser can lead to bother.

.30 is far too thin for a 525.
.37 or .38 is perfect and remember to slightly under fill. The 525 can be lively so set it up right from the start and have no problems ever.
Best all round reel out there IMO.
