A new eye for my zziplex

Does anyone know off anyone who does them, and what price it will be. One off my eyes has fell apart, the ceramic has come off the eye. I am just needing pointed in the right direction off getting it fixed. Or a name and number off anyone who does it. I dont know if sum one will just whip one on for me or if I need get the whole rod done. Getting prices would be great
