Hi lads im heading Courtown for a few days .I'd usually fish the beach and the pier with some great results but I was thinking would the rocks to the right side of the pier past the sailing club be any good for a bit of spinning. I know there are some alcoves etc as you cross over the rocks. Cheers

plenty of spots along those rocks for pollack got a few there before im sure the bass patrol the area aswell

Thanks for the replies lads. I'll Defo give it a shot . Sure things couldnt get much worse for me with all the blanks I've had this year

100% bass there pal, ive had plenty the last 15 yrs and some fine wrasse there too , hard back crab floated works best or wrag.
joe there from the angling centre will put you wide exactly where there fishing at the present time, good luck be there meself in two/three weeks.
keep us post how you get on
