foynes to tarbert co limerick

hey everyone going to try fishing foynes to tarbert maby next week. just woundering which would be the best spot along that way and what would be the best bait to use tere and also what would be the best time to fish the tide. Iv been doing alot of fly fishing so this is kinda new to me.Iv tryed tarbert few weeks ago but got nothing. think i just need the right bait and the right time on the tide.any info would be helpful thanks. michael o brien
