Yeah they're great, nothing in them but they hit 40cm not a bother.

Love 'em! Caught my first last year , hooked on them now!

bring them on nothing like being draged along the beach for 50 or 100 yrds by a hound .for
their size they have to be the best fighting fish in irish waters

I'd agree with you there Ger,hope this year is as good as last year, you cant beat hearing the reel screaming as they hit the bait,well I suppose you can, you can beat it by successfully landing them

Got my first one last year and cant wait to get goin again. Had some great sessions. Hopefully be mullering them in!

this will be my first year trying for smoothies but i just cant wait

heres 2 good videos about fishing for smoothies, theres some good tips in part 1 for any smoothie virgins(like me) and the 2nd part is of them catching them to just under 16lbs.

ah, I suppose I'll have to make the pilgrimage east with herself again this year!

i could just force myself to travel down for a day or two
