Best time of year for flounder ???

Im wondering what time of year is best for catching flounder??

the autumn months are the best with october and november being the peak months,i had some nice flat fishing in december my self when i get past the snow.

would you say february-april would be a good time?? im hoping to fish for flounder soon.

we get them all year round down here on the west coast,but the better fishing is august till november when the fish are feeding up for winter,not sure about the east coast tho,but going by reports there still being regulary caught up there.just remember keep your hook size small,2s and 4s.and lots of bling.
