Baliff numbers-re bass netting

Lads,
I fish in west waterford and i was wondering if anyone can pm me the numbers of a local baliff....been onto the fisheries but they don't seem to have a clue whats going on....its always a battle...i'm sure some of you guys have been fighting the cause for a long time.....please give me phone numbers coz i hate them poor choice of language getting away with this stuff....especially when its the HOT spots.....these poor choice of language have the spots perfect....within metres

what have ya seen that has ya so drunk off ?

what looked like gill nets set just off the rocks off a hotspot...maybe 500M long....set by a boat (no other way)...also spotted a large trawler (i know the name)...within 200 m from shore...with they're gear out
