Sea angler mission accomplished?

Thu Nov 18, 2010 2:20 pm

I'm hoping to enter my recent catch into the mission accomplished in sea angler magazine. I was just wondering how you go about getting the postage so you can recieve your badge. The address is in england so i'm guessing sending them an irish postage stamp would be pointless. Also on the bottom of the entry form in the magazine there is a box to tick that says "I enclose an SAE", What is that? Also what area would ireland be regarded as ie. north or south. My fish qualifies for the badge in both regions but as i'm here i said i'd ask for future reference.

Cheers,
Evan

it might be a good idea to ask in your locaL POST OFFICE and see can they sort a stamped post paid envelope for you.

a SAE is a Stamped Addressed Envelope

Might try that alright. I'm slow not to pick up on wat sae meant. If it was on any other form i would've copped it but when it was in an angling mag and i saw it i just reckoned it was 'sea angling' something or other or 'specimen association'... or something like that.

Is it just a matter of posting them an envelope with a 50c stamp, the entry form and e-mail them a picture of the catch?

I'll give it a shot anyway and see what happens. And i'll put up a post when it's in the mag and details of what i did to get it. If it works and i recieve the badge that is.

Cheers for the help lads.
