help understanding tides

hey everyone i had a few hours spare tomorrow nite and a good amount of bait leftover from the last nite out but the tides only seem to be changing 0.1 of a metre between low and high tide, is this a dead tide and unfishable or could it not make any difference.
any info would be great thinks of fishn north wex area

That does seem like a minute difference, however, it's even worse in Ballycastle;

Ballycastle, where the low is high and the high is low. That's going to confuse a few people.
