Wexford Area

Hi lads! Im new to this site....been doing a lot of reading on it and decided its time for my first post! :) Used to do a spot of river and beach fishing a few years back and decided over the summer to get back into the sea side of it for now! Ordered myself a new rod and reel....and made myself up a few rigs.

I plan on heading down the wexford direction over the next few days for a spot of beach fishing....could anyone reccomend a good spot or to? Not targeting anything really, just trying to get back into the swing of things!

Cheers in advance! :)

Try Arklow south beach it's a great beach for beginners and novices nothing huge but there's always loads of fish, and there's no walking involved.

Any of the blackwater/courtown beaches will throw up all sorts this time of year and the south coast beaches should hold silver lads with the flooding tide at dark.

You could call into courtown angling centre its just up from the harbour beside the post office they will have all you may need if your stuck.
