Fishing at Mullaghmore can be hit & miss but flatties can be had on sandeel fishing from the pontoon out to the boats anchored in bay, also mullet do come in during high tide

Best of Luck JC

there is few marks to fish end of brakwater in harbour, beach near by and the rocks couple of miles farr side mullaghmore where you can pick wrasse pollack coalies and some flats on bait fishing even ray, spurdog at colmer conditions, harbour it self can produce most of family of flats doggies lucky/unlucky enough, ray big mullet also. good beach there too but on daylight fishing tough as hollyday makers taking the beach over also can dig some lug near eastury there is a tackle shop in town and im sure he can guide u beter best of luck

Howya junior.

The beach there in Mullaghmore can fish well for flatties and sea trout. I've always found it to be best coming into darkness. Long thin strips of mackerel belly work well if you cant get you're hands on worms. Dont be afraid to fish in really close, especially as it gets dark.

The tackle shop in the town is quite small scale and more aimed at boat anglers so I wouldnt rely on it too much unles youre after feathers and leads.

The harbour can produce mullet, mini species and conger from the breakwater.

Never seen a spurdog caught here but have read it on the fisheries board website that they are "possible".

Would concentrate on the flats and trout myself for best chance of success.

Best of luck with it.
