help with lug rag in drogheda /laytown

help please ,i need a spot to dig a few lug or rag ,working in drogheda and i want to fish somewhere up that way tomorrow evening after work but aint got no bait if anyone can help me please pm in strict confidence or better still if someone up that way sells it
