Doe castle-sea trout

recently got myself a liscense and wanted to head to doe castle as i havent been down there for years, used to be full of sea trout all be it they were very hard to catch

whats the best methods?freeline sandeel?

Know what you're about and it's not hard at all to bag up on the trouties at Doe Castle.
